PRIZM is UMSL’s Queer-Straight Student Alliance.  It is our goal to create and maintain an inclusive, safe and accepting environment on our campus for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. We aim to defeat negative stereotypes and educate people by sponsoring social events and activities on campus throughout the school year.  We usually meet biweekly throughout the academic year.

Lambda Organization  is a group of LGBT faculty and staff that meet monthly to socialize, work on issues that affect all LGBT people on campus, and to encourage faculty, staff and student engagement.  We want to create a safe zone for our LGBT student to know about us, and to be visible role models for that population.

The DaVinci Society is an organization for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning students, staff, and faculty, along with all of our LGBT-supportive allies. We are based on the Missouri University of Science and Technology campus, but our meetings and activities are open to the public.

Common Ground is Northwest Missouri State University’s GSA (Gay- Straight Alliance).
