Indigenous Peoples Task Force (IPTF) is a Native American provider of HIV education and direct services to the Native community in Minnesota. For over 20 years, IPTF has developed and implemented culturally appropriate programs to prevent further transmission of HIV, increase access to traditional and western medical services, and improve the quality of life for clients, families, and communities.

Our mission is to eliminate HIV/AIDS and confront related health and social determinants that negatively impact American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian and Indigenous peoples. NNAAPC seeks to achieve its mission and vision through advocacy and policy development, culturally appropriate research, creating culturally specific educational materials and training opportunities, technical and capacity building assistance, and networking and resource exploration.

FORGE provides peer support primarily to those on the female-to-male (FTM) gender spectrum and local Significant Others, Friends, Family, and Allies (SOFFAs). Over the years, our scope has grown to include everyone in the transgender community, and many of our programs have become national. You’ll find information about the training and technical assistance we provide, plus descriptions of our major current projects.

The National Resource Center on LGBT Aging is the country’s first and only technical assistance resource center aimed at improving the quality of services and supports offered to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) older adults. Established in 2010 through a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the National Resource Center on LGBT Aging provides training, technical assistance and educational resources to aging providers, LGBT organizations and LGBT older adults.
